With \u201c_ _ _ E _ OURSE _ F A ROUN_ OF A _ _ _ AUSE\u201d on the board, Jordan told host Ryan Seacrest he would like to solve.\n</p><p>Sounding as confident as ever, Jordan said, \u201cTreat yourself to a round of sausage.\u201d\n</p><p>\u201cNo,\u201d Seacrest said, as only a small chuckle escaped from the crowd.\n</p><p>The next contestant, Air Force veteran Katina Thomas, wasted no time solving the\u00a0<em>Wheel of Fortune\u00a0puzzle, which was \u201cGive yourself a round of applause.\u201d\n<p>While everyone applauded Thomas, Seacrest joked Jordan\u2019s response may have actually been \u201cbetter.\u201d\n</p><p>After the show Jordan spoke with Maggie Sajak, Wheel of Fortune\u2019s social media correspondent, about his mishap.\n</p><p>\u201cI tell you, when the lights are on and the stars, Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White, I just went blank,\u201d he told Pat Sajak\u2019s daughter.\n</p><p>\u201cBut, if your dad, in retirement, is watching this show, maybe cracks a beer and gets a laugh, it was worth it,\u201d he added.\n</p><p>Maggie assured Jordan she and her dad would make sure to watch the episode when it aired.\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"</p><p>Another day, another\u00a0Wheel of Fortune\u00a0contestant gone viral.
